Brief and grim.
If the Galleries are not ONE-HUNDRED PERCENT SORTED AND ORGANIZED TO PERFECTION BY FEBUARY 15TH, 2012, HOK will be terminated for good.
This is not a threat, but the exact thing I told my staff, and you my tiny userbase, will see this as well to understand.
The site is costing me 139$ a month. Discounting the sporadic Donations which have GREATLY helped us stay afloat, donations never come close to 139$ a month, every month, if ever. Not that I can expect that, of course.
We've stagnated too long - phase 2 of HOK will either happen in Febuary 15th, or never. Phase 2 is the beginning of the rehaul of the site. Proper Forums added, design fixed up, logins merged, Story Section readded, Galleries properly sorted and tagging beginning, weekly updates for galleries will begin, etc etc etc.
Unfortunately! Such endeavors are going to cost us not only our monthly cost, but at least 300-500$ for phase 2 to begin with a bare minimum. With me making 8$ a month extra after commitments, I'll just blatantly say I'm broke. Simple as that. So this is... an issue I'm trying to deal with.
But hope is not lost! If the Staff make it by the 15th, we shall FORCEFULLY trudge forwards into the future, and continue our climb to world domination! It is only a matter of time till we are strong enough to claim other allies at our side, and bolster our strength by 10 folds, as the Hentai Alliance(tm) Rises! :p
So yes. We're giving it our all in this final hurtle! >=) Glory or Death! That is our path, now, comes to see which is chosen for us by the cruel hands of fate...

No! I will not take our tiny little bum-fuck-nowhere-having-no-impact site down.
I will not deprive you of your precious pronz!... if we were at least 500 visitors dailies strong, I would, but with like 100-150 people... no point. Though I advise anyone who can, TO TELL THOSE FUCKING BASTARDS IN AMERICA (no offense to Americans - just your politicians are retards), THAT WE WILL NOT TAKE THEIR SHIT AND LET THEM CONTROL US! This is almost an act of Terrorism in itself, by trying to give such power to Corporations who have no good intent except to choke the life, creativity, and freedom out of the Internet which is the sole basis of the Internet's purpose.
So what I'm saying is, go find one of the idiots who voted for this, and break their damn fingers. Let them try to live when they cannot write, nor feel, such as is they're wishing to do to our Internet, let them feel it first hand (hur hur) >.>...

We're still here!
We are alive, as you'll see activity all over the Galleries as my lazy Peon's slowly chew away at the work needed. Unfortunately! Progress for the rest of the site is frozen due to us LOSING more money then the site costs per month. Aka, anything like a redesign, Forums, etc, is not getting closer to being achieved, but FURTHER away. -.-
Trying to remedy this matter. At the current rate, we have 2 months left till we go bye-bye. Fun times!...

As you might have, or not have seen, we are making steady progress on the Galleries!
But there are two matters at hand!
Staff! We have an influx of applicants, who then, after sending a single e-mail, felt it was too much work to have to do a small test of their abilities and ignorantly ran off. DO NOT FUCKING GOD DAMN APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE TRUE GULL AND APTITUDE TO SEE IT THROUGH!! Argh! >.>
On that note, We are still in dire need of Staff for every part of the Site. If you are willing to see things through, AND TRULY YEARN to make HOK see its true glory, then please, do e-mail me

Do not apply unless you are serious, I am... weary of wasting my time replying to those who are slackers and without the decency to reply they cannot handle such a thing when explained >.>
And finally! Donations! I am not one to 'hold my hand out' so to say, but we are slipping backwards in our funds which... is not good, as when it runs out, we're borked, and never going to be able to move forwards! :(
Though, some have stepped up and helped, and should be thanked!

The costs of running HOK is 138$ each month! We have a grand total of ZERO from HOK due to its current state! We make less then that per month from donations and my own pocket, and well... I can't cut anymore corners. Fact of the matter is, in 2 1/2 months, we run outta moneyz, and we're going belly up... and this time, there is no 'rebirth', only a dark end...
