You need not worry about 'failing to meet our requirements', more importantly is your determination to learn and help HOK. If you are willing to listen and do as told, you CAN do the job :)

Description of duties:
Perks of Position: Ability to join weekly staff meeting, custom title on the forums as well as access to staff-only sections of the site.
Possible promotions if a good work ethic and desire to improve Hok is shown.
Other: Sorters are the back-bone of the Gallery. Thousands of pictures that are all messy and disorganized are ugly. Neatly ordered, and perfectly sorted galleries make everybody happy! ;)

Description of duties: A collector, simply put, collects ALL updates for the Normal Gallery. New Series, new images, the collector is the backbone of everything! No updates without 'em.
Your job is simple. Find, collect, and send said image updates to who you are told to. Simple! :)
Perks of Position: Admission to staff-only areas of the forums. Lots of praise. :P
Other: The Collector position is vital, and a great beginner position for those trying for higher up positions by showing your dedication, and drive to make HOK the best Hentai Site ever!

Requirements to apply: A VERY patient mindset who does not get bored easily doing repetitive, tedious tasks.
Urgency of this Position: 11/10 (BAD! WE NEED YOU!)
Description of duties: A tagger's job is simple, yet eye-gouging tedious. You are to go image from image, placing tags for that image. Does it have Yuri? Bondage? Futanari? Tentacles? Making sure to tag every detail of the image, then moving onto the next.
Perks of Position: Access to staff only forums, and I'll even bed you if you're good at this. x.x (maybe). ;D
Other: Tagging is VITAL if we are to get our search feature to work! It's likely the biggest job that could be done across the entire site atm, for the amount of gratitude you would get, as well as progress for the site in a whole.

Description of duties: The admin position monitors all other staff. They ensure they are doing their jobs, and if not, finding out why and trying to help them along if they are stuck, or in need of help.
Perks of Position: Being able to boss others around, Admin-only board on the forums, as well as various other perks.
Other: It is a tough job! At this moment, it is taken by SlashBang, sorry! :)

Description of duties: A Doujin Gallery Sorters job is simple. Look at a doujin, confirm it is in the correct order. Remove blank pages that are just wasting space. Tag the Album if it is colored, censored, or any extreme content along with the language it is (If it is Japanese, you would use the 'Jap' tag). Simple as that!
Perks of Position: Access to staff-only forum, yada yada.
Other: This easier than the NG for sorting, yet we have less people wanting to do it! *boggles*

Description of duties: You will be collecting complete and high quality Doujins for series we do not have at this moment. English is preferred, but not required. It's simple as that. Collect and send them to be added! :)
Perks of Position: Standard staff-only forum, and tiny perks.
Other: You are not REQUIRED to get high quality, nor English Doujins. But, the better you do with collecting, the happier our users will be! And me too. :p

Description of duties: You are to examine each Doujin by reading it, then tagging the album itself what it contains. Yuri? Hetero? Yaoi? Bondage? Anal? Titty-fucking? :P Even if only a tiny part, you must list it. And that's it. :)
Perks of Position: Standard stuff, and Soilin will lay you. He lay you vewy, vewy good(boy's only!)... ;D
Other: This position is much easier then its Normal Gallery counter-part.

Other: Not much to say! It's a simple job, and we only really need one, maybe two sorters when there's new CG's added.

Description of duties: A tagger will go about, view a CG set (an album), then tag what it contains. Rape? You tag it. Guy humping a girls armpit? You tag it. Every little detail you can should be tagged!
Perks of Position: Standard stuff!
Other: Tagging is vital to get the search engine to work! Your job is VERY HIGH PRIORITY! Though quite a bit easier then say the Normal gallery Tagger's job, though just as vital. :P

Description of duties: A moderator responds to disputes and calls of harassment, and peacefully settles them if at all possible. They also make sure the rules are enforced, and fair play is in place.
Perks of Position: Being a moderator? :P
Other: This position can apply to ANY moderator position, namely if you wish to moderate only a specific board, or section (the Role play section for example) you need to make note of this when you apply!

Description of duties: The Story Master Position is, in simple terms, the admin of the Story Section.
Your duties are to review and ensure newly submitted stories are clean of violations, and not a clusterfuck of garbage writing, then properly organizing it, placing it where it should be in the 'master category' list.
You will also handle news, contests, and anything else related the Story Section, being flexible to your desire of what you wish to do with it.
Perks of Position: Admin level position in meetings, and perks.
Other: You're the admin of the entire Story Section! So you better like reading - alot.

Requirements to apply: A critical eye, with a good way with words able to express the 'wrongs' done by writers, without being cruel.

Description of duties: You will bumble about the Story section, reviewing new stories/chapters submitted with constructive feedback from an unbiased eye.
you will also be the one to suggest a 'featured story', to make sure a superior story is shown and known to the readers!
Perks of Position: Standard stuff.
Other: I know you can review without a job, but this is for a SERIOUS reviewer, or reviewers who wish to take up a serious role in helping writers improve on HOK, you do not need attend any meetings, this is more of a superficial job.

Description of duties: A GA is needed to help us create headers, icons, and all those little graphical quirks for HOK, and the future sites.

Other: This is a vital job to our future, not only saving us funds for more important projects, it also shows our community helps to form the site! :)

Description of duties: Your job is to seek out other Hentai Sites, Adult sites, or such places which would provide us a good trickle of new users. This can be from banner exchanges, to paid advertisement, to any method you can imagine that helps grow partnerships with other sites.
Perks of Position: Lots.
Other: This Position is vital to our future, for friendships and partnerships with fellow sites will do us all good. There are many more details to go over, but the job over-all is not hard so long as you are friendly and resourceful.

Requirements to apply: The Ability to translate Doujins from certain languages (very likely Japanese) to English.

Description of duties: You are given doujins (often chosen by you, the translator, or by 'votes of the month'), to translate into preferably English. Not much else to say... it's hard. :P
Perks of Position: Way too many.
Other: There is a SMALL possibility we will pay staff of this position, though at this moment, we cannot. In the future, however, we likely will.
